TROCADERO

Trocadéro is a Paris metro station located in the 16th arrondissement, named after the unmistakable square. Its name is due to the famous battle of Trocadero that confronted France and Spain in 1823. The station was inaugurated on October 2, 1900, and has been the grandiose antechamber of the Eiffel Tower for more than a hundred years.
