No changes in size or model are made. You must make a return and a new order.
Any item purchased at HOFF may be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of arrival of the product. Free shipping and returns in Spain, Portugal and Europe zone 1 (for other countries check our shipping table). One pickup per order will be managed free of charge.
* In countries with return costs, the amount will be discounted from the refund, HOFF will arrange the pick-up with the corresponding transport company.
In no case will HOFF be responsible for the costs incurred by customs or the possible retention thereof.
Shipments to destinations that require customs procedures may require an additional 1 (one) day. The expenses of councils, gates or any other lien at destination will be borne by the recipient.

Once the pick-up is processed, within 24 working hours a courier will pick up the package at the indicated address. Once we receive the return in our warehouse we will refund the amount of the shoes by the same method of payment (between 7-10 days depending on the bank).
You must return the shoes in perfect condition, inside their box and also inside the transport box with which they were delivered. The sneakers must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered to you, with all the accessories, and the box may not be written on or painted. You can close the box with the "HOFF sticker" that we provide you in the shipment. If you do not have the sticker, you can close it with a seal. If you don't have the transport box with which we sent you the shoes, you can return them without any problem in any other box, as long as it is properly closed.

Purchases made in our physical store from November 19, 2020 may be returned until January 10, 2021.
All items purchased at our physical shop located at calle Velázquez 39, 28001 (Madrid) have 30 days to request a return or exchange. You must keep the electronic receipt or physical ticket of the purchase. You must present it in the shop for any check, exchange or return. The article must be returned in perfect condition. If you are not satisfied, we will refund your money. Changes of size or model will only be accepted os articles bought in our physical shop.
If you place an order through our website you can make a return in our physical shop located an calle Velázquez 30, 28001 (Madrid). You have 30 days from the day you receive your shoes. No changes of size or model will be admitted. The refund will be made by the same method of payment you used to place your order.
In the case of Moleskine, the agenda must retain the original plastic film.
Gift cards, exchanges or return of this product are not accepted.
We do not accept returns of customized shoes.
They must be received back in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
