Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

In no case will HOFF be responsible for the costs incurred by customs or the possible retention thereof.
Shipments to destinations that require customs procedures may require an additional 1 (one) day. The expenses of councils, gates or any other lien at destination will be borne by the recipient.
It will also be the responsibility of the client to make sure at the time of delivery, that the shipment is in good condition. For the return to be accepted by HOFF, the following must be met requirements:

Each delivery is considered made from the moment in which HOFF or the transport company hired by it makes the product available to the user.
Orders are processed and delivered exclusively on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the next business day.
