This family, made up of two passionate local food creatives, are the founders of Plate Selector, a creative broadcasting platform, and PS Work, a content creation agency with expertise in food, beverage & lifestyle. Poble Nou, renowned for its artistic and bohemian atmosphere, is an enclave of creativity in Barcelona.
Alba and Khaled's house, where Tarek and Kala grew up, reflects the lifestyle of a contemporary and creative family. The design, by Arquitectura G, has a minimalist and modern aesthetic, creating a space of creative inspiration, with details as authentic as themselves. This loft stands out for its paintings that mix tradition and avant-garde; the dominant palette of whites is complemented by works in contrasting tones, giving the place a character that is as enveloping as it is welcoming. The interiors, defined by their luminosity and practicality, are a mirror of the innovative spirit of Poble Nou.
The Plate Selector office reflects the architectural innovation of the neighbourhood. This design studio and creative agency is known for its fresh, contemporary outlook. The office combines geometry and a subtle contrast of materials and colours, creating an environment with clean, minimalist lines. Its spaciousness and simplicity, together with the prominent use of marble, give it an avant-garde and distinctive character.
