For Gabriela, Formaje is not just a destination for her creative catering; it's a paradise for artisanal cheese lovers. This space, designed by Cobalto Estudio, which transforms cheese into art, is one of her favorite spots. With shelves that replicate the texture of artisanal cheese, the place is warm and authentic. In their underground cellar, they ensure perfect aging, offering exclusive tastings and private events. Formaje, in her words, celebrates cheese craftsmanship as a living art. It is a tribute to culinary tradition.

OLOFANE
With an impeccable eye for design, Gabriela couldn’t leave out Olofane. Located in the antiques district of El Rastro, this store has been searching for unique pieces for over 30 years and through four generations. Here, you'll find everything from lamps and mirrors to furniture from different eras, creating a timeless and cozy atmosphere. Olofane is a treasure, perfect for those seeking unique pieces with history.

PACÍFICO
As a chef, Gabriela knows where to enjoy a good meal, and Pacífico is a burger joint offering delicious smashed burgers. Pierre, the owner, is a Parisian who came to Madrid for love and used his savoir-faire to create this space inspired by the California coast, with homemade recipes. With just two burger options —because nothing more is needed— and vegetarian choices, the atmosphere is ideal and full of style.

There is no better way to bring life to a space than with flowers, something Gabriela masters in each of her events. Metatopy, located in the Mercado de San Antón, is the ideal place to find floral arrangements that go beyond the ordinary. Amid fruit and fish markets, it stands out with its unique colors and arrangements. Metatopy values the small and everyday, elevating flowers to a sculptural level while fostering a floral community in the neighborhood.
