These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law and must be interpreted in accordance with Spanish law. Any disputes arising from the interpretation, validity and/or execution of these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of the place of residence or domicile of the customer.
The products described on the Website are for personal use only. Customers may not sell or resell such products. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of products to be delivered to the customer where, in our sole discretion, this would constitute a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
HOFF has made an effort to show the colours of the products as close to reality as possible. However, the colour of the products displayed on screen may be subject to variations depending on the quality of the screen of your device. In this respect HOFF cannot guarantee that the colours displayed on your screen are true to life.
HOFF is a casual dress shoe. It is not intended for sports use, difficult or slippery surfaces. We use delicate, high quality fabrics, such as suede, chosen for their aesthetic value and comfort. You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to check if it is in perfect condition or correct (for visible defects in production, packaging, accessories, or any error in the size or model).
HOFF is the trade name of the company THE HOFF BRAND, S.L. The following terms and conditions of sale regulate the access and use of the website www.thehoffbrand.com (hereinafter "the Website") owned by THE HOFF BRAND, S.L. (hereinafter HOFF).
By visiting the Website or using the services or applications of the Website, the user accepts these Terms and Conditions.
In order to purchase products on the Website customers must: be at least 18 years old or, if they are minors, be duly authorised by their legal guardian and be consumers, understood as such natural persons acting for purposes outside their industry, trade, business and profession.
This contract will be formalised in Spanish and will be governed by Spanish law in accordance with Law 3/2014, of 27 March, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, and Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce ("LSSI").

To redeem a discount code, the customer must enter their code in the "promotional code" box during the checkout process on the Website. Offer codes are case sensitive and must always be entered as they appear.

The customer must follow the instructions that appear on the screen to execute the purchase process. The customer may always correct any errors in the data entered, change the contents of the shopping basket by adding or removing one or more products from the basket or cancel the entire order during the purchase process before placing the order. HOFF may disregard and not process an order if there are insufficient guarantees of creditworthiness, if orders are incomplete or incorrect, or if products are no longer available. In such cases, we will inform by email that the contract has not been executed and that HOFF has not executed the purchase order, specifying the reasons. All orders for products are subject to availability and, in this regard, if there are difficulties in supply, or if there are no items left in stock, we reserve the right to provide information about substitute products of equal or superior quality and value which the customer may order. If you do not wish to order such substitute products, we will refund any amount you may have paid.
The intellectual property rights of the website www.thehoffbrand.com its source code, design, navigation structures and the different elements contained therein are owned by HOFF, who has the exclusive rights to exploit them in any way and in particular, the rights of reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation, in accordance with applicable Spanish and European legislation.
All prices quoted for products available through the Website are inclusive of VAT at current rates and are denominated in Euros. Currency exchange fees depend on the bank, please check the conditions with your bank. Shipping costs will be added to the price of the products and are indicated separately on the order form.
The final price of the product will depend on the market to which the shipment is made.
Sales period are based on the coutry period.
Once the order has been placed, i.e. with the acceptance of these terms and conditions and the confirmation of the purchase process, HOFF will always send an email to the user confirming the details of the purchase made.
HOFF assumes no responsibility when the delivery of orders is not carried out as a result of the data provided by the user being false, inaccurate or incomplete as well as for reasons attributable to the user.
HOFF will take all necessary measures to ensure that delivery can be made within the agreed period.
HOFF considers the payment information, by any of the enabled systems, a necessary condition to maintain delivery times. However, the deadlines indicated to the user are an estimate and may vary for reasons of logistics or force majeure. In the event of delays, the user will be informed in good time.
Each delivery is considered to have been made from the moment at which HOFF or the transport company contracted by it makes the product available to the user.
Orders are processed and delivered exclusively on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next working day.
For reasons beyond HOFF's control, pre-order orders may be subject to delivery delays. HOFF is not responsible for these delays caused by third parties.
If you receive a defective product please contact our customer service team via e-mail: email@example.com. On the form you should request a return and indicate "the product is damaged" in the reason for return.
Please provide us with as much information as possible such as your order number, which product is defective and the description of the defect, as well as whether you prefer a refund or a replacement (at no additional cost to you).
Once we have received the information, our customer service team will contact you. In the event that additional information about the product is requested, this must be sent within 7 days. If the deadline expires and the requested information has not been sent, any possibility of exchange or refund will be cancelled.

HOFF will only accept payments made by credit or debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard or AMEX) or through PayPal or Klarna.
In order to provide maximum security to the payment system, HOFF uses secure payment systems from leading financial entities in electronic commerce. In this sense, the confidential data of the payment is transmitted directly and in encrypted form (SSL) to the corresponding financial institution. For payment with Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards, HOFF only accepts CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) transactions with the 3D Secure international protocol, distinguished by the Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express Safekey logos. Secure Electronic Commerce is an initiative whose basic principle is to guarantee security in Internet transactions. When making the payment through the secure payment gateway, the system will automatically verify that the credit card is activated for Secure Electronic Commerce. The company has received aid from the Valencian Institute of Business Competitiveness (IVACE) within the subsidy program for SME Digitization projects. In-store reservation: You can make an in-store product reservation. You will receive a confirmation by phone when the product is ready for collection. After this period of 72 hours, the reservation will expire.
