TIBET

Tibetans are one of China’s largest and most visible ethnic groups, thanks in part to their unique culture and long history. The three main tribes living in Tibet are Changri, Nachan, and Hor, which in turn have another 51 sub-tribes. This division accounts for a difference in ancestry, as well as in homeland.
