Y sabíamos que ella sería la persona idónea para llevar a cabo una obra con mensaje. Ella utiliza el arte para difundir valores positivos y esta era la ocasión perfecta para hacerlo con nosotros.

Si queremos ser sinceros con nosotros mismos, no podemos decir que seamos una empresa sostenible. Lo que sí podemos decir es que hacemos un poco más cada día. La tierra no pertenece a los humanos, los humanos pertenecen a la tierra, eso nos pone en una posición de conciencia y responsabilidad de nuestro impacto. Porque las huellas pertenecen a la carretera, no al medio ambiente. Estas son algunas de las cosas que hacemos para que nuestro impacto sea menor. 

Hemos trazado, medido y evaluado todos los modelos de aw21, pero esto es sólo el principio. La empresa seguirá trabajando con Bcome para aumentar el porcentaje de prendas y modelos evaluados para la próxima temporada.  

En aras de la transparencia, hemos añadido un informe de sostenibilidad para cada producto de forma transparente, para que todo el mundo pueda ver el impacto exacto del producto que está comprando.

Nuestros proveedores cumplen la normativa REACH. Esto mejora la protección de la salud humana y el medio ambiente frente a los riesgos que pueden suponer las sustancias químicas. También promueve métodos alternativos para la evaluación del peligro de las sustancias con el fin de reducir el número de pruebas en animales.

Transporte de mercancías por barco. El transporte marítimo libera 63 veces menos emisiones que el aéreo al transportar mercancías del mismo peso por la misma distancia.

  • Our suppliers comply with REACH regulations. This improves the protection of human health and the environment from the risks that can be posed by chemicals. It also promotes alternative methods for the hazard assessment of substances in order to reduce the number of tests on animals.
  • Cargo transportation by ship. Sea shipping releases 63 times fewer emissions than air shipping when transporting goods of the same weight over the same distance.
  • No unsold stock. We've never incinerated unsold clothing. Every item we make is sold or donated and used by someone.
  • We modified the constituent documents to incorporate the clauses redefined by B Corp that require all stakeholders to be taken into account in the decision-making process and reflect the general commitment to social and environmental responsibility.

A COMMITMENT TO THE WORLD

If we believe the world is our stage, let’s try and make it a better place. The earth does not belong to humans, humans belong to the earth, that puts us in a position of awareness and responsibility of our impact. Because footprints belong on the road, not the environment. These are some of the things we do to make our impact smaller.

  • We have traced, measured and evaluated the last collections, but this is only the beginning. The company will continue to work with BCOME come to increase the percentage of garments and models evaluated for next season. For the sake of transparency, we have added a sustainability report for each product in our website, so that everyone can see the exact impact of the product they are purchasing.
  • Our suppliers comply with REACH regulations. This improves the protection of human health and the environment from the risks that can be posed by chemicals. It also promotes alternative methods for the hazard assessment of substances in order to reduce the number of tests on animals.
  • Cargo transportation by ship. Sea shipping releases 63 times fewer emissions than air shipping when transporting goods of the same weight over the same distance.
  • No unsold stock. We've never incinerated unsold clothing. Every item we make is sold or donated and used by someone.
  • We modified the constituent documents to incorporate the clauses redefined by B Corp that require all stakeholders to be taken into account in the decision-making process and reflect the general commitment to social and environmental responsibility.

04. PRODUCT

  • HOFF has partnered up with BCOME, a sustainability platform that empowers textile and apparel businesses to build responsible supply chains, guarantee transparency and bring it to the final customer. We are committed to implementing solutions step by step to be more environmentally friendly every year.
  • Sustainability is durability: well-made and beautiful everyday things that our customers will be able to use and love for a long time.
  • We work with suppliers certified by the Leather Working Group. This organization ensures that the leather has been tanned with more sustainable practices such as the use of renewable energy and technologies that reduce water consumption. 
  • Back on track: a cleaning service for your sneakers to extend its lifetime and give them a second chance.
  • First Ready-to-wear collection made from organic cotton and recycled materials in a factory with 100% green energy. Using reprocessed fibers designed to be used infinitely, decreasing the demand for virgin fibers, and the number of chemicals used.

UN RETO PARA MEJORAR

Si queremos ser sinceros con nosotros mismos, no podemos decir que seamos una empresa sostenible. Lo que sí podemos decir es que hacemos un poco más cada día. También afirmamos que el mundo es nuestro escenario. Así que creemos que es nuestro deber al menos intentar que sea un lugar mejor. Pero no queremos hacer lo mínimo para que se nos califique de "sostenibles". La sostenibilidad es un proceso continuo, que nunca podrá completarse del todo. Pero que algo parezca imposible no significa que no debamos intentarlo. La perfección nunca es alcanzable, pero aspirar a ella de todos modos dará el mejor resultado posible. Contribuir significa no dejar nunca de mejorar el mundo. Ir siempre un paso más allá y no conformarse nunca pensando que lo que hacemos es suficiente.

Navidad2022

Donamos 4.000, 6.000 y 10.000 euros a tres asociaciones elegidas por los empleados de HOFF. Estas tres ONGs son: Fundación Contigo, que trabaja para reducir la mortalidad por cáncer en la mujer; Tutela, que presta ayuda a personas con discapacidad intelectual; y Afae, una asociación de familiares de enfermos de Alzheimer.

UN COMPROMISO CON EL MUNDO

Si creemos que el mundo es nuestro escenario, intentemos hacer de él un lugar mejor. La tierra no pertenece a los humanos, los humanos pertenecen a la tierra, eso nos pone en una posición de conciencia y responsabilidad de nuestro impacto. Porque las huellas pertenecen a la carretera, no al medio ambiente. Estas son algunas de las cosas que hacemos para que nuestro impacto sea menor. 

  • Hemos trazado, medido y evaluado todos los modelos de aw21, pero esto es sólo el principio. La empresa seguirá trabajando con Bcome para aumentar el porcentaje de prendas y modelos evaluados para la próxima temporada.
  • En aras de la transparencia, hemos añadido un informe de sostenibilidad para cada producto de forma transparente, para que todo el mundo pueda ver el impacto exacto del producto que está comprando.
  • Nuestros proveedores cumplen la normativa REACH. Esto mejora la protección de la salud humana y el medio ambiente frente a los riesgos que pueden suponer las sustancias químicas. También promueve métodos alternativos para la evaluación del peligro de las sustancias con el fin de reducir el número de pruebas en animales.
  • No hay existencias no vendidas. Nunca incineramos la ropa no vendida. Cada prenda que fabricamos se vende o se dona y es utilizada por alguien
  • Hemos modificado los documentos constitutivos para incorporar las cláusulas redefinidas por B Corp que exigen que se tenga en cuenta a todas las partes interesadas en el proceso de toma de decisiones y reflejan el compromiso general con la responsabilidad social y medioambiental.

  • HOFF se ha asociado con BCOME, una plataforma de sostenibilidad que permite a las empresas del sector textil y de la confección construir cadenas de suministro responsables, garantizar la transparencia y hacerla llegar al cliente final. Nos comprometemos a aplicar soluciones paso a paso para ser más respetuosos con el medio ambiente cada año.
  • La sostenibilidad es durabilidad: cosas cotidianas bien hechas y bellas que nuestros clientes podrán usar y apreciar durante mucho tiempo.
  • Trabajamos con proveedores certificados por el Leather Working Group. Esta organización garantiza que el cuero se ha curtido con prácticas más sostenibles, como el uso de energías renovables y tecnologías que reducen el consumo de agua.
  • Back on track: un servicio de limpieza de tus zapatillas para alargar su vida útil y darles una segunda oportunidad.
  • Primera colección de Ready-to-wear hecha con algodón orgánico y materiales reciclados en una fábrica con energía 100% renovable. Utilización de fibras reprocesadas diseñadas para ser utilizadas infinitamente, disminuyendo la demanda de fibras vírgenes, y el número de productos químicos utilizados.
